2. Products and Orders
We offer both custom and stock button products. All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or order information that cannot be verified.
Custom orders are produced based on the information, artwork, text, and specifications provided by the customer.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on AngelButtons.com are in U.S. dollars.
All prices do not include shipping. Shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees are added separately unless clearly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product details, and service offerings at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are separate from product prices unless otherwise stated.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Angel Buttons LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Custom Artwork and Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, slogans, names, or other content submitted with an order.
By submitting artwork or content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to authorize its use for production.
Angel Buttons LLC is not responsible for claims arising from customer-submitted content, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property disputes.
6. Proofs and Approval
If a proof, mockup, or design preview is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review it carefully before approval.
Approval confirms that the customer accepts the spelling, wording, layout, design, colors, and overall appearance shown in the proof.
Once a proof is approved, the customer is responsible for any errors that appear in the final product based on that approval.
7. Designs, Colors, and Product Variations
Because many of our products are custom made, designs may vary.
Colors, placement, alignment, finish, and overall appearance may look different from digital proofs, mockups, screens, samples, or previous orders.
Variations occur and may vary from item to item and from one production run to another. Minor differences are normal in custom manufacturing and do not automatically qualify as defects.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Because custom products are made specifically for each order, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a production error caused by Angel Buttons LLC or the product arrives damaged due to our error.
Any order issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. We may request photos or other information in order to review the issue.
If we determine that an error is our responsibility, we may choose to remake the order, issue a store credit, or provide another appropriate remedy.
9. Product Images and Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. Even so, colors, finishes, scale, and visual appearance may differ depending on screen settings, lighting, device displays, and production conditions.
Angel Buttons LLC does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Buttons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
