Return window
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return eligibility and condition
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible.
• Items showing wear, damage after delivery, or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item:
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (if offered)
• Items marked final sale (if offered)
• Gift cards or downloadable/digital items (if offered)
Return shipping costs
• Standard returns: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for returns not caused by our error (for example: changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed).
• Return shipping rates vary by carrier/service level/destination. For most Angel Buttons orders, a small tracked return shipment typically costs about $4–$8 within the U.S.
• Damaged/defective/incorrect item: Angel Buttons LLC covers return shipping when the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an incorrect item received. A prepaid return label is provided, or another resolution is offered.
How to start a return
Please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions and avoid delays:

• Reply to your order confirmation email
Include:
• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• If damaged/defective/incorrect: photos of the item(s) and packaging
Return method
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions (and a return label if the return qualifies for prepaid shipping).
• Please use a trackable shipping method for customer-paid returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund timing and method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Restocking fees
• No restocking fees are charged.
Exchanges
• Direct exchanges are not offered at this time.
• If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement item.
Partial refunds
• If returned items are received in a condition that does not meet the eligibility standards (for example: used, damaged after delivery, missing components), a partial refund or return-to-sender may apply.
Cancellations
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process once delivered.

At Angel Buttons, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our Customer Satisfaction Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight
- Damage caused by chemicals, improper use, or misuse
